...Simply put there's nothing simple about training the body to endure an Ironman distance triathlon...

I, Max, owner and president of MRI will build you a blueprint training schedule to this first ever event, The Expedition Man triathlon.

It's important to understand this is not a one size fits all training schedule. All the variables listed in the TRI MRI history report explains what makes your training unique.

Each week you will be given that weeks assignment and at the end of each week there will be an assessment review report. From there we will create the next weeks assignment. The reason for this is to make adjustments to all the variables that come into play when training effectively for such an event.

The success of your outcome is defined by my ability/expertise to guarantee the greatest "rate of improvement" for your effort and discipline required, period!!
