Conditioning is probably the most obvious assignment. Most athletic functions are organized in a way that the whole team is continuously engaged in the sport specific drills. There are many drills that will challenge and improve coordination, agility, power, and speed. Each team sport ultimately has its own variation of training but the training to improve team chemistry and focus is the tangible that is a constant with all sports.
